What the Wall Lets the Mountain Say

Description

An unfinished wall of cement blocks stands in the snow, opening suggestively onto the Dents du Midi beyond. I was drawn to how the mountains seem to speak through this interruption, as if even an incomplete human gesture must still make room for what was already there. The image suggests that landscapes imprint themselves on everything built within them.

All photographs are printed on Photographique Matte Paper – 180g, a high-quality professional photo paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish that preserves detail, tonal depth, and color accuracy.

Prints are produced in collaboration with RQR (RQR Taller de Reprografía), a small independent printing studio based in Valencia, Spain.
