We are printing in collaboration with RQR (RQR Taller de Reprografía), a small independent printing studio based in Valencia, Spain. The mock-up pictures in our store are an orientation of how our prints could look framed and hung up.
Return Policy:
As we are printing on demand we are unfortunately not accepting returns.
Complaint and Dispute:
If you have complaints, please contact us before you file a dispute. We are happy to find a solution with you.
Shipping:
We are shipping from Valencia, Spain, and placing your orders for printing once a week on Friday. Thus, we kindly ask for your understanding that the shipment of your order may take up to 21 working days. Orders will be sent via DHL, with a track-and-trace link.
Buyer Protection:
As we understand a wish for buyer protection we encourage you to consider the option to pay via Paypal and utilize their offers on protection. However, we would appreciate direct payments as we avoid additional fees this way.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for special needs, e.g. different type of paper, larger orders or express handling.
