Goats, Grazing

Description

While descending Mount Timpanogos in Utah, I nearly stumbled to a stop when these goats appeared where nothing living had been an hour before. They grazed calmly beside the blue water, living a life that needs no witness. I stayed only a few quiet minutes, aware that what felt extraordinary to me was simply their ordinary day- See this image for another view on the moment.

All photographs are printed on Photographique Matte Paper – 180g, a high-quality professional photo paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish that preserves detail, tonal depth, and color accuracy.
