Steadfast Trees

Description

During a wedding in Nevada, I stepped away from the music and looked upward into this restless night. Even with clouds moving and wind in the trees, the stars held their place. This photograph shows the contrast between humanity’s impermanent joy and the endurance that continues steadfast above it. This long exposure was taken on a picnic table, with nothing but my hands and the camera strap to steady it.

All photographs are printed on Photographique Matte Paper – 180g, a high-quality professional photo paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish that preserves detail, tonal depth, and color accuracy.

Prints are produced in collaboration with RQR (RQR Taller de Reprografía), a small independent printing studio based in Valencia, Spain.
